Aztec Agriculture

Aztec Agriculture Detail
The main supply of food for the Aztecs was their agriculture and farming. They rely mainly on the crops for every season; they grow, produce, and consume food and this is how they get their daily food. Aztec is a tribe in Mesoamerica specifically in Mexico where the lands are favorable for farming. The soil is rich and the weather is perfect for crops to grow every year. So it is just understandable for the Aztecs to have a massive and productive agriculture.
Aztecs farmers also had ranks: the labourers and the specialists.  The laborers are mostly slaves and some of them basically worked as farm hands, some of them are responsible for the community farms. They were the ones who do the work, plowing and planting the seeds. Whereas the specialists are the ones with enough knowledge which seeds were the best, what would grow best on what land, which time a seed can be cultivated. They are also responsible for dictating how the crop rotation should work.
