Agriculture Books Detail
Farmers in Rubaya sector in Gicumbi district have been advised to adopt reading agriculture books so as to improve on their agricultural activities.
Jerome Ngendabanga, executive secretary of Rubaya sector reveals that before they go to the gardens, farmers visit the sector agriculture library and proceed to the gardens where they are taught modern farming.
Farmers mostly read books that talk about modern ways of growing different vegetables and maize as Ngendabanga explains.
Farmers formed cooperatives, which have helped them attain social and economic development. They have built houses, educated their children and have enough food for consumption.
